Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can creamed corn
1 medium onion
1 c. sour cream
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion until meat is tender (not too brown).
Drain.
Add all other ingredients, except noodles.
Mix well.
Fold in noodles very carefully.
Pour in ungreased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 with cover for about 1 hour.
Take out of oven.
Put cheese on top and place back in oven without the cover.
Let cheese melt and lightly brown.
Freezes well.
