German Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop and parboil potatoes; drain.
    Add all ingredients in small skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring often.
    When potatoes are tender and falling apart, dish is ready.
