Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Stir soda into buttermilk, set aside.
    Add eggs and bananas to sugar mixture.
    Alternately add buttermilk mixture and flour.
    Add nuts.
    Bake at 350 degrees, if baked in a loaf pan about 1 hour, or in a layer pan for 30 minutes.
