Coconut Honey Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. chopped shredded coconut
Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and shape into balls, using teaspoons for each.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown.
If desired, dip warm cookies in pineapple glaze.
Let stand one hour before storing.
