Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 pieces chicken
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 bottle creamy Russian dressing
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Bring soup mix and water to a boil. Add preserves and dressing mix.
    Pour mixture over chicken and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting often.
