Lima Beans Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans green lima beans, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 to 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl and pour into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with crushed Ritz crackers or bread crumbs.
    Pour 1 stick melted margarine on top.
    Bake until bubbly in a 350\u00b0 oven.
