Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. brown sugar
3 c. coarsely grated carrots or apples
Preparation

Beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
Mix by hand.
Add flour; mix by hand and add other dry ingredients.
Mix by hand and fold in carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in 9 x 12-inch pan.
