Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. wild rice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 lb. seasoned pork sausage
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth to a boil.
    Add wild rice and bring to a boil again.
    Simmer until tender, stirring with a fork, until all of broth is absorbed.
    Saute the celery, onion and mushrooms in butter.
    Cook pork sausage.
    Do not drain.
    Combine rice, vegetables and pork.
    Mix well and beat well.
    Makes 6 cups.
