Peanut And Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    3 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. light cream
    leaves of celery, to garnish
Preparation
    Heat the margarine in the casserole pot and add the celery and onion.
    Cook gently for 5 minutes.
    Add the broth and the peanut butter.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce the heat, cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes, until the celery is tender.
    Cool the mixture a little, then blend until smooth.
    Serves 4.
