1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1 (4 oz.) lemon jello (1 small 3 oz. plus 1 oz. more)
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
