Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well.
    Makes two 9 x 5 x 2 3/4-inch loaves.
    Bake for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Or makes three 7 1/2 x 3 1/3 x 2 1/4-inch loaves.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour pans.
