Four Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can each: garbanzo, waxed yellow, green and kidney beans
    2/3 c. thinly sliced carrots, boiled 3 minutes (crispy)
    small red onion, thin sliced in rings
    1/2 c. celery, thin sliced
    1/2 c. sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Warm vinegars together and add sugar, salt, garlic and black pepper.
    Add oil and mix.
    Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.
