Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    4 c. peeled, sliced apples
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    pastry for double crust pie (purchased)
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust according to manufacturer's instructions. Blend sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
    Toss lightly with apples. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
    Combine butter, brown sugar and flour.
    Sprinkle over pie filling.
    Cover with pastry top.
    Cut slits in top.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
