No-Crust Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 large or extra large eggs
    1-1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
    1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Beat together cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, eggs and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Pour mixture into buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25-35 minutes (till puffy and brown around the edges). Cool cheesecake 20 minutes.
