Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    4 large potatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 large carrots
    2 bay leaves
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put roast in 1 cup water in roasting pan.
    Add bay leaves and oregano, salt and pepper.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    During last hour, add carrots and potatoes that have been sliced.
