Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. Butterfinger, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. butter/margarine, softened
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large bowl, mix sugar and butter until creamy.
Beat in egg.
Blend flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chopped Butterfingers.
Drop by teaspoon or tablespoon (depending on size cookie you want) onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let stand on cookie sheet 2 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
