Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into a casserole.
Top with 2 cups Stove Top stuffing mix combined with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
