Fried Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
water
salt
cooking oil
Preparation
-
Put flour and cornmeal in bowl. Add a couple of dashes of salt.
Add water, stirring until the consistency of thick pancake batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Turn once, browning on both sides.
Drain on paper towels. Eat hot.
