Cashew Pasta Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. uncooked bow tie or large shell macaroni
    9 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped pimento, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    16 oz. pkg. frozen sweet peas, thawed and drained
    2 (4.5 oz.) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 c. prepared Ranch dressing
    1 to 1 1/2 c. whole cashews
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water.
    Place in 7 quart container.
    Add remaining ingredients except cashews. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Add cashews and toss gently. Makes 25 (1 cup) servings.
