London Broil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Worcestershire
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed
ginger to taste
tarragon to taste
1 c. oil
3 to 4 lb. top round (about 1 1/2-inches thick)
Preparation

Combine all marinade ingredients; mix well.
Pour over the top round and marinate for at least 6 hours, turning once.
Grill or broil 7 to 10 minutes per side.
Slice thin.
Serve medium rare. Serves 12.
