Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 3/4 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, blending mixture after each egg.
    Add milk and flour (alternating) a little of each at a time, blending well.
    Add lemon juice and blend.
    Add coconut and blend.
    Pour in a 9-inch pie pan and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Grease your pie pan.
