Baked Apple(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. raisins, chopped
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    dash of cinnamon
    1 medium cooking apple
    lemon juice
    1 tsp. water
Preparation
    Combine nuts, raisins, dates or fruit bits, brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
    Core and peel off a strip around apple. Brush peeled portion with lemon juice.
    Place apple and the water in a 10-ounce custard cup.
    Spoon in filling.
    Cover with vented plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 6 minutes, rotating half a turn every 2 minutes.
    Serve warm or chilled.
