Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; saute onion about 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms; cook for 1 minute.
    Stir in flour.
    Gradually add broth, milk and cream.
    Cook until thickened and hot.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Top each serving with paprika.
