Hot Crab Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 dash garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
1 pkg. imitation crab meat (can substitute 1 can real crab meat if desired)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Finely chop the onions.
Grate Cheddar cheese.
Shred crab into small pieces.
Add to softened cream cheese and remaining ingredients.
Put into casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until hot.
Serve with crackers.
