Lite Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    4 large bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray loaf pans with nonstick spray. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside. Whisk together applesauce, sugar, egg, bananas and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients; blend well.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool.
    Contains 150 calories per serving and only .34 g fat.
