9-Inch Pie Pan Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices crisp bacon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Toss cheese with flour and crumbled bacon.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
    You can add green peppers, mushrooms and onions if desired.
