Potato Flake Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. starter
    6 c. plain unbleached flour
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, oil and salt, water, starter and flour. Put into a large greased bowl, cover lightly and leave all night at room temperature.
    Punch down and knead a few times.
    If using 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans, divide dough in half.
    Knead each part 8 to 10 times.
    Put into greased pans.
    Brush tops with melted margarine.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, 1 to 5 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of pans used.
