Hot German Potato Salad(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    6 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and pierce potatoes with fork.
    Place in microwave; cook on High 10 to 12 minutes, turning over and rearranging after 4 minutes or until tender.
    Remove and cool slightly.
    Peel potatoes and cut in 1/8-inch slices to make about 4 cups.
