Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. zucchini, shredded fine

Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients.
Mix the next 4 ingredients together.
Add to the first mixture, except zucchini.
Add zucchini last.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Put chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
Test with toothpick; done if toothpick comes out clean.
