Chocolate Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. white confectioners coating
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
5 c. salted dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

In a heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir confectioners coating and chips until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes; stir in peanuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes. Yield: 10 dozen.
