Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. peeled, shredded carrots
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute chopped onion in butter about 3 minutes.
    Mix with carrots.
    Pour mixture in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, sugar, water and cover.
    Bake until tender, about 30 minutes.
