Buttermilk Fried Chicken(Makes 6 Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
    24 oz. chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine flour and Mrs. Dash.
    Cut each breast half into 3 pieces.
    Coat evenly with flour mixture.
    Dip into buttermilk and coat with remaining flour mixture.
    Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray.
    Drizzle with margarine. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Each serving contains 265 calories.
