Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper
2 lb. stew meat (beef)
3 Tbsp. butter
6 medium carrots
6 medium potatoes
1 small onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can beef consomme

Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Place flour, oregano, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Twist top and shake to mix.
Cut meat into 1-inch cubes.
Toss meat in bag with flour to coat.
