Squash Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 yellow squash
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 beaten eggs
    1 small onion
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Boil squash half done; cut in halves.
    Remove center with spoon into mixing bowl.
    Cut up through squash neck.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Fill shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
    May be frozen on wax paper covered cookie sheet, then placed in freezer bags until needed.
