Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. or 2 cans black-eyed peas, cooked and drained
    3 or 4 jalapenos, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    garlic powder
    dash of vinegar and oil
Preparation
    Mix well and serve warm with tortilla chips.
