Light Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated nonfat milk
    1/4 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Bring the evaporated milk to a simmer over moderate heat. Stir in cheese and when it is thick, serve immediately over cooked pasta.
    Fettuccine is preferred with Alfredo.
    Season to taste.
