Cherries In The Snow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size angel food cake
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Tear angel food cake into bite size pieces; set aside.
Blend cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Alternate layers, beginning with angel cake, cheese mixture and end with cherries on top.
Decorate with cream, if you like.
