Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar more or less to taste
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Sift together flour and cinnamon; set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Beat eggs, then add to batter.
Add salt and baking powder.
Add 1/3 cup of the milk.
Sift 1/3 cup of the sifted flour to batter.
Repeat this step two more times, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour into prepared baking pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
