Roasted Soy Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. soy beans
    9 Tbsp. baking soda
    12 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Soak beans in water and baking soda for 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Drain; mix in salt.
    Let stand for 20 minutes. Roast in microwave about 10 minutes.
    Stir at intervals.
    Cook a little longer to make crisper.
    It's good to make a double batch!
