Ingredients

1 loaf small round pumpernickel bread
1 loaf small round rye bread
1 lb. ground beef
Italian seasoning
garlic salt
16 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef seasoning with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
Drain.
Stir in sharp Cheddar cheese.
Spread on round breads.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 6 to 8 minutes or until brown at 350\u00b0.
Serve.
May make ahead and refrigerate until ready to use.
