Veal Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cold cooked veal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. white sauce
    few grains cayenne
    few drops onion juice
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Cool on a buttered plate. Shape, dip in crumbs, egg and crumbs again.
    Fry in deep fat and drain.
