Super Smoking Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. corn oil margarine
    2/3 c. sherry or red wine
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Paint on meat surfaces before, once during and at end of smoking.
    Keeps indefinitely refrigerated.
    Enough sauce for 16 chickens or two turkeys.
    Also good for beef, ham or lamb.
