Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Add lard.
    Mix well.
    Mixture will look coarse.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar together.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Shape into a ball of dough.
    Makes 2 (2 crust) pies.
