Sour Cream-Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 (4 1/2 to 6 oz.) pkg. fresh coconut (in frozen foods)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together butter, margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into greased 10-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 12.
