Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
4 to 5 c. cut strawberries
3 oz. pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 oz. pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 c. water
Preparation

Pour strawberries into baked pie crust.
Mix pudding with water and bring to a boil.
Add gelatin and stir well.
Pour over strawberries and chill well.
