Cowboy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 can whole tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Slightly brown meat; add onion, bell pepper and celery.
Let simmer about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and rice.
Mix well and let simmer for 25 minutes with lid on, then sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Let stand until cheese is melted.
Cook on top of stove or in 350\u00b0 oven.
