Best Sabbath Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. pecan meal
    5 eggs
    1/2 lb. grated Colby cheese
    3 grated carrots
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with 1 can of tomato soup, diluted with 1/2 can water.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
