Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. lightly packed grated sweet potatoes
Preparation
    Put sugar,
    flour,
    soda,
    salt
    and
    spices into large bowl; stir well
    with
    a
    fork to mix.
    Make a well in center; add nuts and
    raisins
    that
    have been soaked in 1 cup of warm water, oil, eggs,
    2/3
    cup
    water
    (from soaked raisins) and grated sweet potatoes.
    Blend
    well;
    pour into large greased and floured angel food pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
