Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped macadamia nuts
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually stir in pineapple, 1/2 cup nuts and remaining ingredients.
    Shape into ball and roll in remaining nuts.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or until well chilled.
    Makes 1 cheese ball.
    Serve with crackers.
