Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
vanilla or nutmeg
Preparation

Cook for a while over low heat.
Also, cook pie shell for a while, about half done.
Pour custard into crust; cook at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean when inserted.
Makes 2 pies.
